Mind: Body – Stress Relief has been developed with the assistance of Health Professionals and is based on research into the many benefits gained from participation in both mental and physical relaxation exercises. The app includes Relaxation /Mindfulness exercises to help alleviate mental anxiety, stress and improve focus. It includes exercises to help alleviate physical discomfort and also what we call Pro-actions which can improve focus and mental well-being. Some of the benefits that may be experienced include Improvement in working memory. A decrease in stress and anxiety and improved posture with a lowering in physical tension in the body. All the exercises in are simple, practical and most of all effective. The exercises don’t need any special attire and can be performed at home, at work or whatever location you choose. The tension relieving postural exercises are approximately 3 minutes long and the meditations are approximately 6 minutes long.
